The Air Conditioner Parts Division continually strives to create products that are reliable and worthy of our motto, "Supporter for Thai Industry". We place emphasis on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD), using the manufacturing technology and experience in quality control that Fujine Sangyo of Japan has built up during its long history of manufacturing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment parts.
Brass forging The whole production process, from material dissolution and copper elongation to forging and cutting, is carried out in China under one roof, using the state-of-the-art facilities and strict quality control. As well as processing and manufacturing components using these parts, YMPT also imports and sells forging products.
Packed valve We deal with packed valves of sizes ranging from 1/4" to 3/4", designed for use with both conventional and alternative refrigerants. We can also produce connected piping shaped to meet customers' requirements using our integrated in-house process, from pipe working to fabrication of the piping assembly.
Pipe assembly We can meet a wide variety of customer needs by combining piping products manufactured and assembled in-house with forgings made in China.
Brazing Our continuous furnace is used not only for in-house assembly, but can also be used to meet client requests for furnace brazing. Our brazing service is particularly suitable for parts with numerous brazing points and for brazing large quantities of products.
