The Press Installation & Maintenance Department provides disassembly, relocation, installation and facility maintenance of heavy equipment, such as large machinery and press machines. For the automobile industry in particular, large press machines are one of the most important pieces of production equipment. This department is experienced in disassembly, installation, relocation, repair, and maintenance of such machines. When transferring heavy machines, we respond to a wide variety of situations by utilizing our proprietary large lift (400-ton capacity). Our track record includes the installation of roughly 120 new presses for auto manufacturers and manufacturers of related parts in Thailand, in cooperation with the press machine manufacturer, H&F. We are also currently involved in the maintenance of these presses.
Installation of
press machines
We install a wide variety of press machines, including sheet metal presses, forging presses, hydraulic presses and injection molding machines. We also provide a relocation service for transfer of machines from Japan.
Maintenance
The Press Machine Installation & Maintenance Department carries out corrective maintenance to yield added value. By carrying out yearly inspections, we can prevent minor problems from developing into a major malfunction.
